报告1例多部位多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤。患者男,31岁。右侧背部丘疹及结节2年余,右侧颈部及左侧面部散在肤色至褐红色丘疹及结节1年余。背部及面部皮损组织病理检查:真皮中部见梭形细胞形成边界清楚的肿瘤团块,梭形细胞核呈杆状,无明显异形性,梭形细胞横断面可见较多胞质内空泡。免疫组化:平滑肌肌动蛋白(SMA)(+)、平滑肌结蛋白(desmin)(+)、CD34(-)、CD117(-)及增殖核抗原(Ki-67)(-)。诊断:多部位多发性皮肤平滑肌瘤。
Report of 1 case of multiple parts of multiple skin leiomyoma. Patient male, 31 years old. On the right side of the back of the papules and nodules more than 2 years, the right neck and left facial scattered color to brown red papules and nodules more than 1 year. Histopathological examination of the back and facial lesions: Spindle cells in the middle of the dermis formed a clear tumor mass with spindle-like nucleus with no significant atypia. More vacuoles were seen in the cross-section of the spindle cells. Immunohistochemistry: Smooth muscle actin (SMA) (+), smooth muscle desmin (+), CD34 (-), CD117 (-) and proliferating nuclear antigen (Ki-67) Diagnosis: Multi-site multiple skin leiomyoma.
