社区警务的建立和完善,是搞好社区治安,维护社区稳定的重要因素,是社会管理的重要组成部分。社会管理创新理念对于社区警务的构建有着极大的指导作用,通过推导与总结,可以从中得出以下四点借鉴意见:一、强调在社区警务工作中加强服务意识;二、提倡社区警务同社区居民参与相结合;三、鼓励社区警务工作方式方法的不断创新;四、倡导社区民警激励机制的建立。
The establishment and improvement of community policing is an important factor in improving public order in the community and maintaining community stability. It is also an important part of social management. The concept of social management innovation has a great guiding role in the construction of community policing. Through derivation and conclusion, we can draw the following four points for reference: First, emphasize the sense of service in community policing; second, promote community policing Third, to encourage continuous innovation of community policing methods and methods; Fourth, advocate the establishment of community police incentive mechanism.
