目的:探讨五味子煎剂对2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效及血清IL-2、IL-6水平的影响。方法:选取我科门诊及住院的2型糖尿病病患者88例,随机分为两组,其中对照组44例,予盐酸二甲双胍胶囊常规治疗,1个月为一个疗程,治疗三个疗程;实验组44例,在常规治疗的基础上加用五味子15 g,日一剂水煎服,1个月为一个疗程,治疗三个疗程。治疗结束后,对比临床疗效及治疗前后患者IL-2、IL-6水平、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)及血脂(TC、TG及LDL)。结果:治疗后两组患者IL-2明显升高,IL-6水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且实验组IL-2、IL-6水平较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者Hb A1c均有所降低,且实验组Hb A1c较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血脂均有所改善,且实验组血脂较对照组明显好转,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药五味子能明显提高T2DM患者血清IL-2水平、降低IL-6水平,降低患者糖化血红蛋白及血脂水平,提高2型糖尿病临床疗效,对临床具有指导意义。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of schisandrins decoction on type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect of serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels. Methods: A total of 88 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups, 44 in the control group, metformin hydrochloride capsules routine treatment, one month for a course of treatment for three courses of treatment; experimental group 44 cases, on the basis of conventional treatment plus Schisandra 15 g, a dose of Shuijianbi, one month for a course of treatment, the treatment of three courses. After treatment, the clinical efficacy and the levels of IL-2, IL-6, Hb A1c and TC, TG and LDL in patients before and after treatment were compared. Results: The levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly increased after treatment (P <0.05), and the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Hb A1c was decreased in both groups after treatment, and the Hb A1c in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum lipids All improved, and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herb Schisandra can significantly improve the level of serum IL-2, reduce the level of IL-6 in T2DM patients, reduce the level of HbA1c and blood lipid in patients and improve the clinical efficacy of type 2 diabetes, which is of clinical significance.
