进入二十一世纪,我国经济社会飞速发展,社会各界对于电力资源的需求不断攀升。电力公司组织结构的整体协调能力与员工的岗位工作能力是影响公司正常运营发展的重要因素,其中公司员工的岗位工作能力可以经由培训得到数量上和质量上的有效提升。本文将以供电公司员工培训现状与存在的问题为基本出发点,着力探究影响培训的因素与提升途径。
Into the 21st century, China’s rapid economic and social development, the community for the rising demand for power resources. The overall coordination ability of the organizational structure of power companies and the ability of employees to work in posts are important factors that affect the normal operation and development of the Company.
