为验证薄煤上保护层开采的卸压保护效果,采用相似材料模拟试验,对薄煤保护层开采设计方案进行实验室还原,得到保护层工作面推进过程中支承压力、被保护煤层及保护层底板的应力分布特征。给出被保护层相对保护层开切眼不同位置煤体的受载力学路径、卸压范围,并依据应力保护准则对保护有效性进行判定。依据岩石强度指数及广义胡克定律,计算得到底板导气裂隙带及卸压解吸带的分布范围。以红阳三矿保护层开采方案为例对保护有效性进行前期论证。研究结果表明,采用该保护层开采方案,未起到有效保护作用。
In order to verify the effect of pressure relief protection of protective coal mining on thin coal, a similar material simulation test was used to carry out laboratory reduction on the design plan of thin coal protective layer mining.
