目的:观察抵当汤和桃核承气汤对血瘀证大鼠血液流变学的影响。方法:以去甲肾上腺素及牛血清白蛋白制作血瘀证动物模型,造模后期分别灌胃给予相应药物,腹主动脉采血,检测全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积全血还原黏度。结果:抵当汤和桃核承气汤组均能显著降低模型大鼠血液黏度。结论:抵当汤和桃核承气汤能改善模型大鼠的血液流体力学状态,对改善血液“凝”的病理状态有较好的效果。
Objective: To observe the effect of Zhidang Tang and Taohe Chengqi Decoction on hemorheology in rats with blood stasis syndrome. METHODS: An animal model of blood stasis was made with norepinephrine and bovine serum albumin. The corresponding drugs were given by gavage at the later stage of the model and blood was collected from the abdominal aorta. The viscosity of whole blood, plasma viscosity and hematocrit whole blood were measured. RESULTS: Both Bitang Tanghe and Taohe Chengqi Decoction significantly reduced the blood viscosity of model rats. Conclusion: The results of the treatment of “Bangdang Decoction and Taohe Chengqi Decoction” can improve the hemodynamic state of model rats and have a good effect on improving the pathological state of blood “condensation”.
