近来 ,我国上市公司实行MBO (管理者收购 )的越来越多 ,但存在问题不少。本文对这些存问题进行了剖析 ,然后提出对策建议
Recently, China’s listed companies have implemented more and more MBOs (Management Acquisitions), but there are many problems. This article analyzes these problems and then proposes countermeasures.
