测定了籼粳稻亚种间重穗型组合Ⅱ优6078和对照汕优63生育后期剑叶中叶绿素含量与净光合速率(Pn)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)与过氧化物酶(POD)活性、可溶性蛋白质含量与硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、内源激素(ZT、GA3、IZZ)含量。结果表明,Ⅱ优6078生育后期叶绿素含量高,光合能力强,且叶片衰老缓慢,内源激素含量高,是Ⅱ优6078获得高产的重要原因。
The chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate (Pn), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activities in flag leaf of indica and japonica subspecies of heavy panicle typeⅡyou 6078 and control Shanyou 63 Activity, soluble protein content and nitrate reductase (NR) activity, endogenous hormones (ZT, GA3, IZZ) content. The results showed that Ⅱ You 6078 had high chlorophyll content, photosynthetic ability, slow leaf senescence and high content of endogenous hormones in late growth stage, which was the important reason for the high yield of Ⅱ you 6078.
