西南政法大学“西南法学论坛”于近日举行了一次关于“司法改革与中国文化”的专题研讨会，由河北省高级人民法院副院长景汉朝教授主讲，邱兴隆研究员主持。参加会议的还有该校的部分教授、博士、博士生、硕士生、本科生等共计 300多人。本次沙龙围绕司法改革与中国文化问题展开，就当前困扰司法改革的某些现实问题从不同的角度进行了讨论。现将主讲人以及评议人的发言摘录如下，以飨读者（小标题为编者所加）。
Southwest University of Political Science and Law “Southwest Law Forum” recently held a seminar on “judicial reform and Chinese culture,” by Professor Jing Hanchao, vice president of Higher People’s Court of Hebei Province, Professor Qiu Xinglong presided over. There are also some professors, doctors, doctoral students, master students and undergraduates who attend the conference and a total of more than 300 people. The salon around the judicial reform and the issue of Chinese culture, the current disturbing some of the real problems of judicial reform from different angles were discussed. The speeches of the presenters and the commentators are now reproduced as follows, with readers (subheading titled Editor’s Note).
