系统测试了制芯压实力及填砂预紧力实度对覆膜砂芯强度和密实度的影响。结果表明 ,在制芯过程中对覆膜砂施加一定的压实力及提高填砂预紧力实度均可提高砂芯的强度和密实度。应用此工艺可使覆膜砂型 (芯 )强度和密实度得以改善 ;也可在保证相同强度的前提下 ,使用低树脂含量和较粗的覆膜砂 ,以降低铸造生产成本并减小铸件气孔倾向
The influence of core compaction and sand filling pre-tightening on the strength and compaction of coated sand core was systematically tested. The results show that the strength and density of the sand core can be increased by applying a certain amount of compaction to the coated sand and increasing the real degree of sand filling preloading in the process of making the core. Application of the process can be coated sand (core) strength and density can be improved; also be guaranteed the same strength under the premise of using low resin content and coarser coated sand to reduce casting production costs and reduce the casting porosity tendency
