目的 探讨血脂与中青年人脑卒中的关系。方法 检测了 2 0 6例中青年脑卒中患者及 80例对照者的甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、载脂蛋白A I(ApoA I)、载脂蛋白B10 0 (ApoB10 0 )和脂蛋白 (a) [Lp(a) ]血清含量。结果 脑梗死组TG、TC、LDL C、ApoB10 0 及Lp(a)水平显著高于对照组 ,Lp(a)水平亦高于脑出血组 ,异常的血脂成分随年龄变化而发生改变 ;皮层动脉区脑梗死组Lp(a)水平显著高于穿通动脉区脑梗死组 ;脑出血组血脂指标与对照组比较差异无显著。结论 血脂代谢紊乱是中青年人脑梗死的危险因素
Objective To investigate the relationship between blood lipids and stroke in middle-aged and young people. Methods The levels of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL C) were measured in 206 middle-aged and young stroke patients and 80 controls. , Apolipoprotein AI (Apo AI), apolipoprotein B10 0 (ApoB10 0), and lipoprotein (a) [Lp (a)]. Results The levels of TG, TC, LDL C, ApoB10 0 and Lp (a) in cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in control group. The level of Lp (a) was also higher than that in cerebral hemorrhage group. The abnormal lipid components changed with age. The level of Lp (a) in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than that in perforating artery infarction group. There was no significant difference in serum lipids between cerebral hemorrhage group and control group. Conclusion The disorder of blood lipid metabolism is a risk factor for cerebral infarction in middle-aged and young people
