提出了一种用于机械加工过程中误差分析的新方法 ,建立了机械加工过程中误差传递的数学模型 ,并以曲轴加工工艺优化为例 ,对该方法的应用作了说明。实践证明 ,工艺链分析法能有效地帮助工程技术人员查明加工误差的来源 ,为优化工艺过程提供依据。
A new method for error analysis in machining process is proposed. The mathematical model of error transmission in machining process is established. The optimization of crankshaft machining process is taken as an example to illustrate the application of this method. Practice has proved that the process chain analysis can effectively help engineers and technicians to identify the source of machining errors, to provide the basis for the optimization process.
