目的 对比研究辛硫磷与辛氧磷在试管内对人脑乙酰胆碱酯酶 (AChE)的抑制 ,磷酰化酶的老化速率及肟类药物的重活化作用。方法 微量羟胺比色法测定AChE活性。结果 辛硫磷与辛氧磷对人脑AChE 5 0 %酶抑制农药浓度的负对数值分别为 5 .39及 5 .77,二者的 90 %酶抑制农药浓度的负对数值分别为 4 .6 0与 5 .0 0。 0 .1mmol/L的氯磷定、双复磷、双磷定和酰胺磷定 4种重活化剂对辛硫磷抑制的人脑AChE重活化率分别为 6 5 %、97%、91%及 5 6 % ;它们对辛氧磷抑制的人脑AChE重活化率分别为 97%、87%、99%及 89% ,辛硫磷与辛氧磷的最佳重活化剂分别为双复磷与双磷定。辛硫磷与辛氧磷抑制人脑AChE磷酰化酶的半老化时间分别为 39与 2 8h ,老化达到 99%的时间分别为 2 5 6与 186h。结论 辛硫磷与辛氧磷中毒后应尽早使用双复磷或双磷定等双肟类重活化剂。急性中毒症状控制后 ,建议反复使用重活化剂 7d以上。
Objective To compare the inhibitory effect of phoxim and phoxim on human brain acetylcholinesterase (AChE), the aging rate of phosphorylase and the reactivation of oximes in vitro. The rate of reactivation of AChE in human brain inhibited by phoxim, bisphosphorus, bisphosphonates and amidophos at 0. 1 mmol / L was 65%, 97%, 91% and The inhibitory rates of AChE reactivation in human brain against phoxim were 97%, 87%, 99% and 89%, respectively. The best reactivating agents for phoxim and phoxim were bisphosphorus and Double phosphorus set. Phoxim and phoxim inhibited the half-aging time of AChE phosphorylase in human brain were 39 and 28 h, respectively, and the time of aging reached 99% were respectively 2.56 and 186 h. Conclusion As soon as possible after the use of phoxim and phoxim, bis-oximes or bisphosphonates should be used. After the control of symptoms of acute poisoning, it is recommended to reactivate the activator for more than 7 days.
