目的探讨米非司酮联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片与去氧孕烯炔雌醇片单独治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法选取我院2012年9月至2013年9月接诊的30例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者,将其随机分为两组,对照组患者单独使用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片进行治疗,研究组患者使用米非司酮联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇片进行治疗。观察两组患者的疗效和出血时间。结果研究组患者的平均控制出血时间为(17±5)min,平均完全控制止血时间为(41±7)min,治疗有效14例,总有效率为93.3%;对照组患者的平均控制出血时间为(38±7)min,平均完全控制止血时间为(68±8)min,治疗有效11例,总有效率为73.3%。两组结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者时,使用去氧孕烯炔雌醇片治疗可以取得良好效果,但联合米非司酮治疗疗效更为明显。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of mifepristone combined with norgestrel and ethinyl estradiol desogestrel in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period. Methods Thirty patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in perimenopausal period from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. Patients in the control group were treated with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol alone Treatment, study group of patients with mifepristone combined with norgestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets for treatment. The curative effect and bleeding time of two groups were observed. Results In the study group, the average controlled bleeding time was (17 ± 5) min and the average complete control bleeding time was (41 ± 7) min. The treatment was effective in 14 cases and the total effective rate was 93.3%. The average controlled bleeding time (38 ± 7) min, the average complete control of bleeding time was (68 ± 8) min, the effective treatment of 11 cases, the total effective rate was 73.3%. The two groups of results, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during peri-menopausal period, the treatment with desogestrel ethinyl estradiol tablets can achieve good results, but the effect of mifepristone is more obvious.
