一、前言曾有人用丙酮等有机溶剂作为提取剂进行了大白鼠血液中百菌清残留量的分析研究,回收率低于50%。我们亦发现,血中加入丙酮后立即有凝团生成,严重影响提取效果。我们还先后用环已烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇等溶剂提取,当百菌清残留量为1ppm时,回收率最高只有65%左右,0.5ppm时回收率均低于50%,效果不好。经过反复摸索,我们找到了用乙腈——二甲苯提取百菌清的比较满意的分析方法。此法完全能够满足大白鼠血中百菌清代谢动态研究及其毒性研究工作的需要。现将此方法介绍如下。
I. Preface It has been using acetone and other organic solvents as extraction agent for the determination of chlorothalonerme results in less than 50% recovery. We also have cyclohexane, benzene, toluene, xylene, methanol, ethanol and other solvents extracted, when the chlorothalonal residue 1ppm, the highest recovery of only about 65%, 0.5ppm recovery of less than 50% ,Ineffective. After repeated exploration, we found a satisfactory method for the extraction of chlorothalonil from acetonitrile-xylene. This method is fully able to meet the metabolism of chlorothalonil metabolism in rat white blood and its toxicological needs. Now this method is as follows.
