目的观察小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法选取2013年2月—2014年2月就诊的120例脑梗死患者,采用随机分组方法分为治疗组(60例)与对照组(60例)。对照组采用活血化瘀的丹参粉针进行治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用小牛血去蛋白提取物进行治疗,1次/日,疗程21d。对比治疗前后血液流变学及神经功能缺损评分。结果治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为83.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组全血黏度、红细胞压积和神经功能缺损程度评分都低于对照组,治疗组和对照组比较有统计学意义。结论小牛血去蛋白提取物治疗脑梗死疗效确切,有助于神经功能恢复,未发现不良反应。
Objective To observe the curative effect of deproteinized calf blood on cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction from February 2013 to February 2014 were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The control group was treated with Danshen powder injection of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The treatment group was treated with deproteinized calf blood once a day for 21 days on the basis of the control group. Blood rheology and neurological deficit scores were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. The curative effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the scores of whole blood viscosity, hematocrit and neurological deficit in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant. Conclusion Deproteinized calf blood extract is effective in treating cerebral infarction. It helps to recover neurological function without any adverse reaction.
