研究了周宁水电站机组轴系的稳定性。采用有限元法建立了轴系动力特性计算模型,分析计算了导轴承刚度、电磁拉力、水体等因素对轴系临界转速的影响,得出了机组轴系1阶临界转速偏低的结论,并提出相关建议。
The stability of the shaft of Zhouning Hydropower Station was studied. The finite element method was used to establish the calculation model of the shaft dynamic characteristics. The influence of the bearing stiffness, electromagnetic pull force and water on the critical speed of the shaft was analyzed and the conclusion was drawn that the critical speed of the first shaft of the shaft was lower. Put forward relevant suggestions.
