当前形势下,加强党员经常性教育,对于巩固和发展创先争优成果、不断提高党员素质,对于建设学习型政党、推进党的执政能力建设,对于贯彻落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会,都具有十分重要的意义。国有企业进入“十二五”发展时期后,笔者结合企业党员教育工作的实践,认为党员教育工作在形式上要注重多样性,在内容上要注重针对性,在管理上要注重科学性,方能收到实效。
