企业优势是企业赖以生存和发展的先决条件之一,也是企业开拓市场的一种内在的强大力量。企业优势最终都能转化成为企业的经济效益。为了确立企业优势,多年来我们作了不少努力,也取得了比较显著的成效。去年,我们上海农垦粮油食品经营公司经营粮油现货总量达到38万吨,实现销售收入9.27亿元,创利2099.3万元。今年1—6月,我们公司已实现利润2048.8多万元。实践证明,企业只有在深化改革和加快发展中才能更好地确立优势。因为深化改革,理顺关系,可以把企业的劣势变成企业的优势;加快发展,可以为企业确立优势奠定坚实的物质基础。 划小核算单位,把企业部门独立经营的优势变成抢占市场的优势
