今年1月20日,全国总工会办公厅向各省级工会印发了《工会预算支出绩效评价管理暂行办法》。这是落实工会预算管理办法有关“预算安排的项目要逐步实行绩效考评制度”的具体化措施,是工会改革发展的需要,各级工会要认真学习落实。一、工会经费支出绩效评价管理是贯彻中央精神的重要举措为增强工会组织的政治性、先进性、群众性,全总按照中央的部署进行改革试点,把更多的经费向乡镇街道、工业园区、开发区工会和基层工会倾斜,这是全总改革试点工作的重大任务之一。要最大程度地满
