目的通过调查某玻璃钢生产车间的职业病危害因素,对该车间的职业病预防控制措施提出建议。方法调查该车间存在的职业病危害物质,检测作业岗位职业病危害物质的浓度或强度,判断危害程度。结果该车间玻璃钢生产岗位环氧氯丙烷浓度合格率为0,最高检测值达90.0 mg/m3,各岗位超标达1.65~44.00倍;机加工岗位玻璃钢粉尘合格率为75%,最高检测值达32.0 mg/m3,超标4.33倍。结论厂方须对玻璃钢生产和机加工岗位加装排气罩,给工人发放防尘防毒口罩,合理安排巡视时间,有效防控职业病危害。 Objective To investigate the occupational disease hazards in a glass fiber reinforced plastic workshop and make suggestions on the prevention and control of occupational diseases in the workshop. Methods Investigate the presence of occupational hazards in the workshop, detect the concentration or intensity of hazardous substances in occupational diseases and determine the degree of harm. Results The qualified rate of epichlorohydrin in the workshop was 0, the highest value was 90.0 mg / m3, and the exceeding standard reached 1.65 ~ 44.00 times. The passing rate of FRP in machining was 75% and the highest detection value was 32.0 mg / m3, exceeded 4.33 times. Conclusion The factory shall install an exhaust hood on the glass fiber reinforced plastic production and machining posts, provide dust masks and protective masks to workers, rationally arrange inspection visits and effectively prevent and control occupational hazards.
