在经济下行压力加大、银行贷款和社会融资成本较高的情况下,借力产业投资基金吸引各类社会资本布局产业经济,成为一些地方政府的重要抓手。本文阐述产业投资基金的融资特性,并以福建省莆田市为研究对象,分析其临港产业建设的融资需求特征与产业投资基金融资特性的契合性以及莆田市临港产业引入产业投资基金的运作关键点,并以莆田市秀屿区临港水电产业为例,对产业投资基金的架构与运行模式进行设计。
Under the circumstance of increasing downward pressure on the economy and higher costs of bank loans and social financing, it has become an important starting point for some local governments to leverage on industrial investment funds to attract various types of social capital to lay their industrial economies. This paper describes the financing characteristics of industrial investment funds. Taking Putian City of Fujian Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the fit between the financing demand characteristics of industrial port construction and the financing characteristics of industrial investment funds, and the operation of Putian Lingang industry introducing industrial investment funds Key point, and take Putian City Xinyu Lingang hydropower industry as an example, the industrial investment fund structure and operation mode design.
