舞蹈文化是中华民族5000年文明史的结晶,浓缩着中华儿女的伟大智慧和对生活的热爱,也是人类发展史上的瑰宝之一。受益于国家的利好政策以及高速发展的信息技术,舞蹈文化在新中国实现了前所未有的大发展,不仅成为普通百姓喜闻乐见的娱乐形式,也早已进入高等专业教育,为舞蹈文化的进一步发展奠定了坚实的基础。作为舞蹈文化传播与发展的关键环节,舞蹈编导不仅肩负着传承舞蹈文化的使命,同时也是舞蹈文化创新、融合、发展的重要推动者。因此,培养优秀的舞蹈编导人才不仅是各大院校的责任所在,更是舞蹈文化发展的必然要求。本文根据舞蹈编导教学的特点以及发展趋势,从教育生态学的角度对舞蹈编导教学进行全面剖析,力争为舞蹈编导教学构建出科学、和谐的教学生态环境,进一步提高舞蹈编导教学质量,培养出高素质舞蹈人才。
