在室内研制了一种可供较高温度、高矿化度油藏深部调剖用的HPAM/有机钛弱凝胶调驱剂。考察了组成变量和环境条件对弱凝胶形成及粘度的影响 ,得到了弱凝胶的典型配方如下 (单位mg/L) ;聚合物HPAM (M=1.8×10 7,HD =2 1% ) 10 0 0 ;有机钛交联剂J(以Ti4 + 计 ) 30 0 ;交联延缓剂Y 15 0 ;稳定剂WD 5 0。用矿化度 6 .0× 10 4 mg/L ,含Ca2 + +Mg2 + 12 0 0mg/L的水配成成胶溶液 ,适用pH值范围 5 .0— 8.0 ,最佳 pH值 6 .0 ,适用温度范围 6 0—80℃ ,70℃成胶时间为 3天 ,10天时粘度达到最高值 (12 2 0mPa·s) ,180天后保留粘度 92 0mPa·s。用矿化度和Ca2 + +Mg2 + 更高的水配制的成胶溶液形成的弱凝胶粘度和稳定性下降 ,最高矿化度应低于 10 .0× 10 4 mg/L。 10 0mL典型配方弱凝胶通过填砂管流出的时间 ,为相同浓度聚合物溶液的 16倍 (80s/ 5s)。
A HPAM / organic titanium weak gel control agent for deep profile control of high temperature and high salinity reservoir has been developed indoors. The effects of compositional variables and environmental conditions on the formation and viscosity of weak gels were investigated.
