安徽肖县葡萄继1958年的“卫星”之后,1959年又获得更高的产量:15亩葡萄园平均亩产达13,652.7斤,其中最高亩产27,566.4斤。这块高额丰产试验田是由安徽省农业科学究研所和肖县牛眠乡人民公社、肖县园艺场三年共同合作,在当地党政领导和有关部门的协作及总路线的光辉照耀下,打破常规,大胆革新与坚持不懈的努力所取得的。1959年肖县葡萄丰产试验园共占地74亩,品种皆为紫玫瑰香,通过正式验收获得高额丰产的葡萄园有15.359亩(10.434亩是16年生,4.925亩是三年生幼树),总产量209,691.91斤,平均亩产13,652.7斤。其中1.067亩丰产园有葡萄73株,总产达29,413.4斤,核亩产27,566.4斤。另一块去年亩产14,339.3斤的卫星葡萄园,今年亩产达19,098.07斤。兹将这两块丰产试验园近几年来的产量列表1。
