马尾松5个种源插穗生根性状存在显著差异。从生根时间、生根率、生根性状分析和根系效果指数分析,认为广西宁明种源属扦插繁殖优良种源,江西吉安种源较差。广东韶关种源虽从根系效果指数分析属较优种源,但腐烂严重。而生根能力较差种源的生根性状离散度大,意味着种源内开展单株选择的潜力大。同种源生根能力最强无性系比最差无性系生根率高333%。马尾松插穗生根性状的相关分析表明,根系总长度与最长不定根粗度有极显著相关关系(r=0.9314),不定根数与侧根数具显著负相关。
There were significant differences in the rooting traits among five provenances of Pinus massoniana. From the rooting time, rooting rate, rooting analysis and root effect index analysis, we consider that the provenance of Guangxi Ningming is a good provenance for cutting propagation and the provenance of Ji’an in Jiangxi Province is poor. Although Shaoguan provenance from the root effect index analysis is a better provenance, but the rot is serious. However, the rooting ability of provenances with poor rooting ability is large, which means that there is great potential for single plant selection in provenance. The strongest rooting ability of the same species roots was 333% higher than that of the worst clones. Correlation analysis of rooting traits of Masson pine showed that there was a significant correlation between total root length and the longest adventitious root thickness (r = 0.9314), and the number of adventitious roots was negatively correlated with the lateral root number.
