医疗急救中心高效率人才队伍建设是提高医疗急救中心治疗效率的重要部分,也是核心部分,随着时代的发展和急救水平的提高,人才管理是其中的关键。论文从医疗急救中心高效率人才队伍建设背景分析出发,结合自身工作经验,分析医疗急救中心高效率人才队伍建设过程当中存在的,人才队伍管理重视程度不够、人才培训机制不健全、人才学习考核制度不完善的问题。提出加强医疗急救中心人才队伍管理重视程度、建立完善的医疗急救中心人才培训机制、针对医疗急救中心人才学习效果进行考核,提高医疗急救中心人才队伍建设管理水平。
The establishment of high-efficient medical personnel in medical emergency center is an important part and also a core part of improving the treatment efficiency of medical emergency center. With the development of the times and the improvement of first aid, talent management is the key point. Based on the background analysis of the construction of highly efficient talent team in medical emergency center and combining with their own working experience, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of highly efficient personnel team in medical emergency center, the insufficient attention of talent management, the incomplete training mechanism, the talent learning assessment system Imperfect problem. The paper puts forward that strengthening the emphasis of Talent Management in Medical Emergency Center and establishing a perfect training mechanism of Talent Training Center for Medical Emergency Center, examining the effect of talent learning in medical emergency center and improving the management level of Talent Team in medical emergency center.
