本文研究了基于工作过程导向的“基础会计与实训”课程的教学设计,通过对基于工作过程理念的研究,分析了在条件有限制的情况下,如何在教学设计中渗透基于工作过程“培养学生专业技能、增强学生就业能力或者说零距离就业”的理念,更好地培养学生的实践和工作能力,并通过总结实践经验总结出,教师要提升职业教学能力,拓展知识面;教师要把控课堂、有效组织和实施教学过程;要合理设置学时和改革评价方式;要有基于工作过程的教材;要建立教师激励机制等有力措施。
This paper studies the instructional design of “basic accounting and practical training” course based on work process orientation. By studying the concept of work process, it analyzes how to infiltrate the teaching process based on work process “Cultivate students’ professional skills and enhance students’ employability or employment”, to better develop students’ ability to practice and work, and sum up practical experience summed up the teacher to enhance the ability of vocational education and expand knowledge ; Teachers should control the classroom, effectively organize and implement the teaching process; to set the credit hour and reform evaluation methods; to have teaching materials based on the process of work; to establish teacher incentives and other effective measures.
