目的通过分析训练程度对操作复杂度与操作时间相关性的影响,探讨航天操作复杂度度量方法在实际应用中的有效性和局限性。方法 28名志愿者进行3种复杂度水平、共9个模拟航天应急故障单元操作训练。分析初训阶段和定训阶段平均操作时间的变化,建立操作复杂度值与操作时间之间的线性回归方程,并比较不同训练阶段回归系数的差异。结果 1)在初训阶段和定训阶段,高复杂度和中复杂度操作单元平均操作时间明显大于低复杂度操作单元(P<0.01),高复杂度操作单元平均操作时间明显大于中复杂度单元(P<0.01);定训阶段与初训阶段相比,高、中和低3个复杂度水平操作单元平均操作时间均显著减少(P<0.001)。2)在2个训练阶段,操作时间与用3种复杂度度量方法得到的复杂度值呈现明显的线性相关关系;定训阶段与初训阶段相比,用同一种度量方法建立的回归方程的回归系数均明显减小(P<0.05)。结论训练程度对操作复杂度与操作时间相关性有显著影响,本实验前期提出的复杂度度量方法可适用于不同训练阶段。
Objective By analyzing the influence of training degree on the correlation between operation complexity and operation time, this paper discusses the effectiveness and limitations of the complexity measurement method of space operation in practical application. Methods Twenty-eight volunteers conducted three levels of complexity, a total of nine simulated space flight emergency failure unit operation training. The change of average operation time in initial training period and fixed training period was analyzed. The linear regression equation between operation complexity and operation time was established, and the differences of regression coefficients in different training phases were compared. Results 1) During the initial training phase and fixed training phase, the average operation time of high complexity and medium complexity operation units was significantly greater than that of low complexity operation units (P <0.01), and the average operation time of high complexity operation units was significantly greater than that of medium complexity Unit (P <0.01). Compared with the initial training stage, the average operating time of high, medium and low complexity units in the training phase was significantly decreased (P <0.001). 2) There is a clear linear correlation between the operation time and the complexity values obtained by the three kinds of complexity measures in two training phases. Compared with the initial training phase, the regression equation established by the same measure Regression coefficients were significantly reduced (P <0.05). Conclusion The degree of training has a significant effect on the correlation between operation complexity and operation time. The complexity measurement method proposed in the earlier stage of this experiment can be applied to different training stages.
