对我国法学教育现状以及美国ABA认证标准分析表明,我国法学教育存在与法律职业相分离、教学资源严重不足、课程设置和教学方法不合理等问题。因此,需要从认证主体、内容、程序、后果等方面借鉴ABA认证标准并结合我国实际建构我国法学院认证制度,以更好地促进我国法学教育的发展。
The status quo of law education in our country and the analysis of the ABA certification standards in the United States show that there are some problems in law education in our country, such as the separation from legal profession, the serious lack of teaching resources, the curriculum and the unreasonable teaching methods. Therefore, it is necessary to borrow the ABA certification standards from the aspects of the certification body, contents, procedures, consequences and so on, and combine our country’s actual construction of our law school certification system to better promote the development of legal education in our country.
