随机抽取某稀土厂接触氧化钕、氟化钕粉尘的32名作业工人作为暴露组,不接尘的43名人员为对照组,采集静脉血,检测血液中钕及其化合物含量,血常规、血生化指标及血清中炎性因子(IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CC16、SP-D)水平。暴露组血液中钕及其化合物浓度高于对照组,红细胞均值(RBC)高于对照组,谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)高于对照组,血清中克细胞白介素6(IL-6)含量高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。氧化钕、氟化钕粉尘经呼吸道进入人体,对作业人员肝脏、呼吸系统有影响。
Thirty-two workers exposed to neodymium oxide and neodymium fluoride in a rare earth plant were randomly selected as the exposed group and 43 non-exposed workers as the control group.
