目的探讨氢氧化钠溶液瘤内注射对肝癌的疗效及其毒副作用。方法对SMMU-LTNM肝癌裸鼠皮下模型,瘤内注射不同浓度的氢氧化钠溶液,与生理盐水组和无水酒精注射组比较(每组10只)肿瘤生长和肺转移抑制情况,并称动物体重。结果与生理盐水瘤内注射组相比,氢氧化钠注射组裸鼠体重显著增加,肿瘤生长和肺转移明显受抑制(P<0.05)。2%浓度组与3%浓度组抑瘤效果相近,优于1%浓度组(P<0.01),1%浓度组抑瘤效果与无水酒精注射组比较差异不显著(P=0.157)。结论 1%~3%浓度的氢氧化钠瘤内注射对肝癌具有较好的疗效,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and side effects of intratumoral injection of sodium hydroxide solution on liver cancer. Methods SMMU-LTNM liver cancer in nude mice subcutaneously injected with different concentrations of sodium hydroxide solution, compared with the saline group and anhydrous alcohol injection group (10 in each group) tumor growth and lung metastasis, and said the animal body weight. Results Compared with the saline injection group, the body weight of the nude mice injected with sodium hydroxide significantly increased, and tumor growth and lung metastasis were significantly inhibited (P <0.05). The anti-tumor effect of 2% concentration group was similar to that of 3% concentration group, which was better than that of 1% concentration group (P <0.01). The anti-tumor effect of 1% concentration group was not significantly different from that of anhydrous alcohol injection group (P = 0.157). Conclusion 1% ~ 3% sodium hydroxide intratumoral injection has a good effect on liver cancer, and no obvious side effects.
