铁路基层站段作为整个铁路系统的子系统,其每个发展状况均与铁路系统息息相关。随着我国市场经济日趋成熟,铁路系统也将逐步走向市场,而铁路基层站段作为直接面向市场的生产单元必须顺应此潮流。本文就当前我国铁路基层站段人才培养工作现状进行了分析,提出有针对性的人才培养措施,并重视基层站段干部的培养工作和对引进高校大学生等人才的培养,以期对基层站段的人力资源进行优化,达到岗位匹配。
As the subsystems of the entire railway system, the railway base stations and stations are closely related to the railway system. As China’s market economy matures, the railway system will gradually move toward the market, and the grass-roots railway stations and stations as a direct-to-market production unit must comply with this trend. This paper analyzes the present status of personnel training in grass-roots railway stations in China and proposes targeted personnel training measures. It also attaches importance to the training of grass-roots station-level cadres and the training of talented personnel for the introduction of college students, with a view to the grass-roots stations and stations. Human resources are optimized to achieve job matching.
