目的:探讨头孢他啶对绿脓杆菌抗菌活性的量效关系。方法:将不同浓度的药物加入菌液中,置37℃孵箱中孵育4h后,于光镜、扫描电镜、透射电镜下观察细菌的形态变化。结果:光镜下可见低浓度药物(05~1×MIC)即可引起细菌菌体延长,且随着药物浓度的增加,细菌呈丝状变化并交织成网状;电镜下可见高浓度(10×MIC)药物可引起细菌胞壁增厚、缺损或呈波纹状改变,胞浆内容物溢出。结论:结合文献分析,可以认为头孢他啶在低浓度下可选择性地抑制细菌PBP3,高浓度下对PBP1a和PBP1b也有抑制作用。
Objective: To investigate the dose-effect relationship of ceftazidime on the antibacterial activity of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods: Different concentrations of drugs were added into the bacterial liquid and incubated in a 37 ° C incubator for 4 hours. The morphological changes of the bacteria were observed under light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. Results: Under the light microscope, low concentrations of drug (05 ~ 1 × MIC) could cause bacterial cell prolongation. With the increase of drug concentration, the bacteria changed into filamentous shape and interweaved into a network. Under the electron microscope, (10 × MIC) drugs can cause bacterial cell wall thickening, defect or corrugated change, the cytoplasm overflow. Conclusion: According to the literature analysis, ceftazidime can be considered to selectively inhibit bacterial PBP3 at low concentrations and also inhibit PBP1a and PBP1b at high concentrations.
