继2004年举办首届北京论坛后,2005年11月16日至18日第二届北京论坛在北京隆重举行。论坛在北京市政府的指导和支持下,在韩国高等教育财团的资助下,由北京大学和北京市教育委员会主办。论坛以北京雄厚的文化底蕴为依托,介绍和发表世界高水平学术成果,推动亚太地区人文社会科学研究,进而发展成为具有世界影响力的、高水准的年度学术论坛。本届论坛的主题是:文明的和谐与共同繁荣——全球化视野中亚洲的机遇与发展。来自世界46个国家和地区的五百余学者云集北京,就这一主题进行深入研讨。本刊选用其中两篇论文,以飨广大读者。
After the first Beijing Forum was held in 2004, the second Beijing Forum was held in Beijing from November 16 to November 18, 2005. Under the guidance and support of the Beijing Municipal Government, the forum is sponsored by Peking University and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education with financial support from the Korea Higher Education Foundation. Based on Beijing’s rich cultural heritage, the forum introduces and publishes world-class academic achievements, promotes humanities and social sciences research in the Asia-Pacific region, and then develops into a high-standard annual academic forum with world influence. The theme of this forum is: Civilization Harmony and Common Prosperity - Opportunities and Development in Asia in Globalization. More than 500 scholars from 46 countries and regions in the world gathered in Beijing to conduct an in-depth discussion on this topic. Selected publications of these two papers to readers.
