本文选用了102个分离于双孢蘑菇菇床上的木霉菌株(Trichoderma sp.),其中93株来自美国,3株来自加拿大,6株来自英国。利用RAPD技术进行遗传差异测定。25个随机引物共扩增出223条DNA带,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明,美国与加拿大双孢蘑菇菇床上分离的木霉菌株相似性极高,达95%左右;而与英国的木霉菌株遗传距离较远,遗传相似性低于50%。
In this study, 102 Trichoderma sp. Strains isolated from Agaricus bisporus Mushroom bed were selected, of which 93 were from the United States, 3 from Canada and 6 from the United Kingdom. RAPD technique was used to determine the genetic difference. A total of 223 DNA bands were amplified by 25 random primers. Based on this, we analyzed and constructed a genetic-related cluster map. The results showed that Trichoderma isolates isolated from the USA and Canada Agaricus bisporus had a high similarity of about 95%, while the genetic similarity to the Trichoderma strains in the United Kingdom was far and the genetic similarity was less than 50%.
