目的:探讨量化统计法在医学图像低分辨率测量中的应用。方法:使用CT HD750对Catphan 500体模进行扫描,通过量化统计法和视觉观察法分析模体影像,评价CT的低对比度分辨率。结果:量化统计法结果显示,当准直器宽度固定时在相同管电流下升高管电压,能够提高CT图像的低对比度分辨率。同样,在相同管电压下,升高管电流也可提高CT图像的低对比度分辨率,且视觉评测结果与之趋势具有一致性。结论:量化统计法能够更加客观、稳定地评价设备的低对比度分辨率。
Objective: To discuss the application of quantitative statistical method in low resolution medical image measurement. Methods: The CT HD750 was used to scan the phantom of Catphan 500. Quantitative statistics and visual observation were used to analyze the phantom images to evaluate the low contrast resolution of CT. Results: The results of quantitative statistical analysis showed that when the collimator width was fixed, the tube voltage was increased under the same tube current, which could improve the low contrast resolution of CT images. Similarly, increasing the tube current at the same tube voltage also improves the low-contrast resolution of the CT image and the visual assessment is consistent with this trend. Conclusion: Quantitative statistical method can be more objective and stable evaluation of the device’s low contrast resolution.
