一、安装与拆卸塔机的安装,根据其构造特点、起重能力大小以及施工现场环境条件等,可概分为三类:①利用自身设备整体架设;②借助辅机拼装,再用自身设备架设;③借助辅机组拼并安装成基础塔机后,再自行顶升接高到预定高度。1.利用自身设备整体架设当今轻、中型以及部分重型下回转塔机均采用这种安装方法,其特点是:利用变幅机构或同时利用变幅机构及起升机构进行立塔和拉臂,无需地锚和辅助吊机。此法的优点是操作方便、安装迅速、省工省事,一般半天之内即可投入吊装施工。
