The hot-rolling and warm-rolling methods were used to prepare Cu / Mo / Cu composite plates. The effects of rolling process on the bonding interface and thickness ratio of the composite plates were studied. The results show that after rolling deformation, the interface between copper and molybdenum is close-coupled and the bonding mechanism is toothed. The outer surface of copper layer and the grain near the interface layer are smaller than the middle part. With the increase of deformation, The grains are stretched along the rolling direction, the interface bonding effect is significantly improved, and the teeth become more straight. With the increase of the total reduction, the difference between the reduction rates of the component decreases and the deformation tends to be the same. The Cu / Mo / Cu three-layer composite thickness ratio of the relationship between the actual choice of raw materials to provide the basis.
