本文对我国国债发行与居民（企业）货币需求之间的关系进行了实证研究，结果表明，我国国债发行与居民（企业）的货币需求存在显著的正相关关系，国家财政支出对社会总产出有乘数效应，因而目前中央增发国债，扩大财政支出以带动内需，促进经济增长的宏观调控政策是非常有效的。
This paper conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the issuance of government bonds and the demand of residents (enterprises) in China. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the issuance of government bonds and the money demand of residents (enterprises) There is a multiplier effect. Therefore, at present, the central government’s macro-control policy of increasing national debt and expanding fiscal expenditure to boost domestic demand and promote economic growth is very effective.
