用曲柄摇杆机构范成凸轮是一种有许多优点的新加工方法。本文研究了这种加工装备中基本尺寸(摆杆长、凸轮和摆杆回转中心的距离)调整误差对凸轮精度的影响;导出了调整误差在轮廓上引起的法向误差计算公式。对无补偿调整详细地讨论了上述公式的性质、变化规律及整个可用区域的最大误差。对有补偿调整用电子计算机进行了定量计算,求出摆杆作用区间内各种情况的最大法向误差,总结了这些误差的变化规律。
Using the crank-rocker mechanism to form a cam is a new method of machining that has many advantages. In this paper, the influence of the adjustment error of basic dimensions (the length of the pendulum rod, the distance between the center of rotation of the cam and the pendulum) on the accuracy of the cam is studied. The formula of the normal error caused by the adjustment error on the contour is derived. The nature of the above formula, the law of change and the maximum error of the entire available area are discussed in detail for uncompensated adjustments. The electronic computer with compensation adjustment was quantitatively calculated, the maximum normal error of various situations in the pendulum action range was calculated, and the variation of these errors was summarized.
