针对某TC4钛合金框退火畸变问题,采用模拟仿真方法研究了其在有、无外加约束两种状态下的退火过程。结果表明,无外加约束时零件端部将产生最大达1.5 mm的翘曲畸变,无法满足设计要求;而在其翘曲端施加约束后,可将翘曲畸变控制在0.15 mm以内,满足设计要求。因此,施加适当的外加约束是控制钛合金退火过程畸变的有效手段。
Aiming at the problem of annealing distortion of a TC4 titanium alloy frame, the simulation process was used to study the annealing process with or without restraint. The results show that when no constraint is added, warping distortion will occur at the end of the part up to 1.5 mm, which can not meet the design requirements. When the warpage is restrained, the warpage distortion can be controlled within 0.15 mm to meet the design requirements . Therefore, applying appropriate external constraints is an effective way to control the distortion of the titanium alloy during the annealing process.
