本文以16个常用玉米自交系和按完全双列杂交设计[1/2P(P-1)]选配的120个单交种为材料,对遗传距离与 F_1产量杂种优势、特殊配合力效应值及氨基酸杂种优势的关系进行了研究。测出的自交系间的遗传距离 D~2与 F_1产量杂种优势及特殊配合力效应值分别呈极显著或显著的回归曲线关系,并且遗传距离在 D~2±S 范围内时杂种优势强、特殊配合力效应值高的组合出现的频率高。氨基酸遗传距离与F_1玉米籽粒的氨基酸杂种优势的研究表明,两个亲本自交系间的氨基酸遗传距离较近时,可显示出 F_1玉米籽粒的氨基酸的杂种优势,但不显著。
In this study, we studied the effects of genetic distance and F_1 yield heterosis, special combining ability (GCA), genetic distance and grain yield on 16 commonly used maize inbred lines and 120 single crossbreds (1 / 2P (P-1) Value and amino acid heterosis relationships were studied.
