本文报导以自由振荡型ICP光源与一米光栅摄谱仪组合的分析装置,采用双高频粉末雾化系统进样的直接粉末法光谱分析技术。通过试样加细、双高频火花雾化,以保证进样的同步均匀性和试样粉末蒸发的完全性,圆满解决了由于试样粉末具有不同的密度和粒度而产生离析效应的影响。并且选择了效能良好的缓冲物质和分析内标来提高分析的精确度。本方法应用于化探样品中多元素的快速测定,取得了较好结果,其检测限和精确度均能满足要求。
This article reports the analysis of a combination of a free-oscillation ICP light source and a one-meter grating spectrograph using a direct powder spectrometry technique using a dual-frequency powder atomization system. Through the sample thinning, dual high-frequency spark atomization, in order to ensure the synchronization of sample injection and the completeness of the sample powder evaporation, the successful solution to the problem of segregation effect due to the different density and particle size of the sample powder. And the choice of a good buffer and analysis of the internal standard to improve the accuracy of the analysis. The method is applied to the rapid determination of multi-elements in geochemical exploration samples with good results, and the detection limits and the accuracy can meet the requirements.
