现阶段大学生村官作为新农村建设新力量已然成为新农村建设的主力军和开拓者。作者通过对福建省六地市大学生村官基层服务生活、工作情况的调研,探讨大学生村官基层服务中存在的问题,并提出发挥高校育人功能,使用创新基层就业人才培养模式,完善大学生村官政策,构建良好的社会认同氛围的建议,使大学生村官充分发挥基层服务作用,成为新农村建设的骨干力量。 At present, university student village officials, as the new force for building a new countryside, have become the main force and pioneer of the new rural reconstruction.
