真实是新闻的生命。围绕新闻的真实性问题,新闻界曾展开过多次讨论,但对新闻的宏观真实问题至今仍有争论。本人认为新闻的宏观真实问题不仅客观存在,而且是记者、编辑在工作中必须具有的政治意识,这种意识对记者、编辑能否很好地完成本职工作具有十分重要的意义。 一、新闻的宏观真实是客观存在 1979年初,我国以真理标准的讨论为主要内容,开展了伟大的思想解放运动。但是当时的一些外国记者,集中报道了两件事,一是“西单墙”上的大字报,尤其突出关于批评毛泽东同志的内容;二是青年人穿喇叭裤。我们不能说这些事实不存在,但是对这场影响深远的思想解放运动的全貌来说,这毕竟只是片面的情况和枝节问题。他们的报道恰恰歪曲了当时中国的真实情况,使国外读者产生误解。
Reality is the life of news. The press has conducted many discussions around the issue of the authenticity of the news, but there are still controversies about the macro-realities of the news. I think the macroscopical real issue of news not only exists objectively, but also has the political consciousness that journalists and editors must have in their work. This kind of awareness is of great significance to reporters and editors who can accomplish their work well. I. The Macro-truth of News Is Objectively Presented At the beginning of 1979, China conducted a great ideological liberation movement with the discussion of truth standards as its main content. However, at that time, some foreign reporters focused on two things. One was the posters on the Xidan Wall, with particular emphasis on criticizing Comrade Mao Zedong. The other was that young people were wearing bell bottoms. We can not say that these facts do not exist, but for the whole picture of this far-reaching ideological liberation movement, after all, it is only a one-sided situation and a stubborn issue. Their reports just distorted the real situation in China at the time and made foreign readers misunderstood.
