采用D-UCG测定了66例无明显心血管疾病症状的Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的左室功能,发现DMLVA组的PEP/LVET明显大于对照组、DMRE组和DMNRE组(P<0.05);DMLVA组的左室缩短百分比也较低于其他三组(P<0.05);PFVE在DMNRE组及DMLVA组之间存在统计学意义(P<0.05);DMRE组PFVA显著高于对照组(P<0.05);DMLVA组和DMRE组PFVA/PFVE明显高于对照组及DMNRE组(P分别<0.01,<0.05);DMLVA组及DMRE组蛋白尿的发生率也明显增高。提示糖尿病微血管病变越显著,左心功能受损越严重。
D-UCG was used to determine the left ventricular function in 66 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without obvious cardiovascular disease and found that the PEP / LVET in DMLVA group was significantly greater than that in DMRE group and DMRE group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). PFVE had statistical significance between DMNRE group and DMLVA group (P <0.05). PFVA in DMRE group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The PFVA / PFVE in DMLVA group and DMRE group were significantly higher than those in control group and DMNRE group (P <0.01, <0.05, respectively). The incidence of proteinuria in DMLVA group and DMRE group was significantly higher than that in control group and DMRE group. Tip of the more significant diabetic microangiopathy, left ventricular dysfunction worse.
