本文介绍了武钢高炉冷却壁的破损特征及4号高炉冷却壁解剖结果。从材质性能、高温下金相组织的变化,冷却壁结构、冷却水质及生产操作维护等方面分析了冷却壁破损的原因,并根据试验研究结果和武钢生产实践经验,提出了延长冷却壁使用寿命的途径。
This paper introduces the damage characteristics of BF stave in WISCO and the anatomical results of No.4 blast furnace stave. From the aspects of material properties, the changes of microstructure at high temperature, the structure of cooling stave, the quality of cooling water and the operation and maintenance of the cooling stave, the causes of stave damage were analyzed. Based on the results of the test and the practical experience of WISCO production, the service life of stave was prolonged Way.
