《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》公布三大领域迎来政策利好历经十年修订历程的《中华人民共和国大气污染防治法》近日修订通过并正式公布。该法将于2016年1月1日起施行。分析认为,新法以改善大气环境质量为目标,突出源头治理,将燃煤污染和机动车污染控制作为两大治理重点,将在煤炭清洁化利用、机动车尾气治理、环境监测三个领域利好环保相关上市公司。
