在当前的法治政府建设过程中,公民应该成为法治建设的主体,参与到社会生活的各个方面。目前我国各级政府建立了一定范围内的公民参与制度,但是涉及的领域范围比较小,公民参与的程度还比较低,不能完全满足我国公民日益高涨的参与意愿。本文通过分析我国法治政府建设中公民参与的现状,针对当前我国法治政府建设中公民参与存在的主要问题,提出完善我国法治政府建设中公民参与的建议。
In the current process of building a government under the rule of law, citizens should become the mainstay of the rule of law and participate in all aspects of social life. At present, all levels of government in our country have established a system of civic participation within a certain range, but the scope of the field involved is relatively small and the level of civic participation is still relatively low, which can not fully meet the ever-increasing willingness of our citizens to participate. By analyzing the current situation of citizen participation in the construction of rule of law in our country, this paper aims at the main problems of citizen participation in the construction of rule of law in our country and puts forward some proposals to improve the citizen participation in the construction of rule of law in our country.
